I’m a School Psychologist currently pursuing licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, dedicated to supporting children, teens, and young adults across Long Island. With extensive experience in K–12 school settings, I specialize in helping students overcome academic, emotional, and behavioral challenges so they can thrive both in and outside the classroom.

My background in psychoeducational assessment gives me a deep understanding of how learning, environment, and mental health intersect. I use this insight to identify areas of need and create individualized strategies that build confidence, self-regulation, and a sense of agency.

In addition to my work with students, I provide parent counseling and training for families navigating IEPs, 504 plans, and intellectual or developmental disabilities. I work with families to create structured routines and supportive home systems that foster independence, reduce stress, and strengthen family relationships.

I’m especially passionate about working with high school students and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and future planning, whether that’s preparing for college, entering the workforce or finding balance in young adulthood.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based, helping each client build the emotional awareness and practical tools needed to grow and thrive.
